Perspectiva Interior is a creative studio founded at 2012. Producing marketing imagery for architects and interior design studios, real estate developers, product designers and industrial design companies, such as furniture, sanitary ware, kitchen manufacturers and more. With a knowledge rooted on Arts education: Architecture, Photography, and Visual Communication, all the rendering projects are supported on the technical expertise and know-how acquired over the years, in order to communicate visually through outstanding imagery. Each image is treated not only concerning accurate graphic representation; the artistic and compositional aspects of the image and the devoted attention to detail on each décor are aspects always considered in order to create the right ambience and mood. The light, the composition, the framing and also the decoration are tools for storytelling - creating visual narratives in every image.

From rendering unbuilt architecture or interior design concepts to the production of imagined lifestyle scenarios to showcase product integrations, your vision is brought to reality. Our process on Architectural and Product Visualization Projects

To familiarize you with the workflow I describe here the main stages of a Visual Project. I will coordinate all the process and we will have a colaborative workflow at the Approval Stage. Available to answer any questions along the work and give additional information about payments, in order to make things simple and workable for both sides.

1. Quote Request & Briefing | Send a message through the contact form below, for a quote request. You will be replied back: be prepared with the Briefing and some required material will be asked at this stage in order for me to understand the project – the more you tell about your project and the more concise about the number of shots the easier it is to send you a tailored proposal! If needed we might have a discovery call to uncover the project scope and I will conceive a detailed project proposal, with timelines and costs, before an agreement. (Read the section 'quote request' for further information)

2. Design and Production start | Following the Quote approval and after you send me all the necessary data we can start building the visual project. Depending on the project my work goes into designing and working on the concept and developing the set; 3D modeling full geometry; setting camera angles; work on composition; set lighting, textures and materials and hit some test renderings!

3. Approval 01 | You will receive the first previews and will send me your feedback and/or approval. Low-resolution raw renders with no post-production at this stage.

4. Approval 02 | If needed, a second round of preview images with the adjustments/changes you requested at the Approval 01 stage are sent. Here you can review the changes and adjustments, either approve the image(s) or request minor additional adjustments to the elements or the situations that were revised. Two rounds for reviews are included. Additional approval rounds might be discussed if needed.

5. Final Rendering & Post-Processing | With your final approval we close the previews stage and all the images are sent to the final rendering on HD. After this stage, all the raw renders are worked for optimization of the final visual result, through chromatic corrections, color refinements, contrast and brightness adjustments and other graphic effects.

6. Final Delivery | You will receive the final product – the final version of the images for the visual project on High-resolution, in the required format. Expect a follow-up from me, a few days after you receive the final delivery to ask your feedback on the final result!

Each visual project is different and unique; quote requests are calculated based on the specific requirements of your project. The scale, the complexity and the level of detailing of the project; the number of images and the output size for the final renders are some of the factors considered to determine the cost of your 3D renderings. If you are planning a 3D project, consider early contact. A 3D rendering project meets various stages till we hit the final images, it goes from modeling, texturing, illuminating, composing and post-producing. The timeframe depends largely on the scale and complexity of the project, on the level of detail and the number of images, a more detailed and complex project and visual projects with a high number of images might require more than 20 business days. With your quotation, you will receive an estimated timeframe for your project, based on the possible alignment on the schedule at the moment, also on the complexity of the projects and number of renders required. By only working with realistic timelines, the creative process is more efficient and ensures that the final product meets high standards of quality.
